Terms & Conditions
Last updated: March 7, 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using this website.

By accessing or using this website at utilityhealth.co (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Utility Health, PLLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides mobile physical therapy, massage therapy, strength/conditioning, and related wellness services in the Northern Piedmont, Northern Virginia, and Washington, DC areas.

This Site is intended for adults who are interested in learning about our services and requesting a consultation.

2. Information only – not medical advice

The content on this Site is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for seeing your own licensed health care professional.

Using this Site, reading its content, or submitting an inquiry does not create a provider–patient relationship with Utility Health, PLLC or with Dr. Steve Nagel.

Do not ignore or delay seeking medical advice from your own provider because of something you have read on this Site. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

3. Services and results

We offer mobile physical therapy, massage therapy, personal training/strength coaching, and basic nutrition guidance. Services are provided under separate written agreements and intake documents, not by these Terms.

Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Any testimonials, case studies, or success stories presented on this Site describe individual experiences; they do not represent typical results and do not guarantee that you will experience the same outcomes.

4. Payments, cancellations, and policies

Information about general pricing, packages, subscriptions, and cancellations is provided on the Site for convenience and may change over time.

For the most current information about payment, packages, and cancellation policies, please refer to the Pricing, Packages, and Subscriptions page and the Payment & Insurance Policies summary, and to the Financial Agreement you will review and sign before beginning care.

5. Out‑of‑network and reimbursement

Utility Health, PLLC is an out‑of‑network, cash‑based practice. We do not bill commercial insurers or Medicare/Medicare Advantage on your behalf.

We may provide invoices or superbills upon request. Any potential reimbursement from insurance, HSA, HRA, or FSA accounts is determined solely by your plan or insurer, not by us. You are responsible for confirming your own benefits and for any submissions to your plan.

If you wish to use Medicare or Medicare Advantage benefits for covered services, you should seek care from a provider who bills those plans directly.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, all content on this Site – including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout – is owned by or licensed to Utility Health, PLLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print content for your own personal, non‑commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission.

7. Third‑party links and tools

This Site may contain links to third‑party websites or embed content and tools from third parties (for example, videos, maps, forms, scheduling tools, or payment processors).

These third‑party sites and services are not controlled by us, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, or privacy practices. Use of any third‑party site or service is at your own risk and subject to that third party’s terms and policies.

8. Privacy and HIPAA

Use of this Site is also governed by our Website Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use information online.

Our handling of protected health information (PHI) in the course of providing care is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and related policies. This Site’s Terms & Conditions and Website Privacy Policy do not replace our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utility Health, PLLC and its owner, employees, contractors, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use or inability to use this Site
  • Any reliance on information provided on this Site
  • Any actions you take or do not take based on the Site’s content or communications sent through the Site

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
